World Cup Tour Video Report – November 1, 2018

Prior to the start of each half of our games, on the field and sidelines we gather for prayer. Naturally winning is a part of our petition. Yesterday in a game worthy of the final, Haiti lost in the last few minutes to a very strong team from Poland 2:1. During the first half we lost our key defensive player to an ankle injury. In the final minutes of the game the ball rolled through the one hand of our devout Christian goalkeeper, John Baby Jean into our goal sealing Poland’s win. But like I told our incredible Haitian journalist reporting on site, the ultimate victory is off the soccer field. Earlier in the day I arranged for John Baby to share his story for local TV broadcast. He shared how he care to faith in Christ through our amputee soccer program. In fact I had the privilege to baptize him. So while it seemed to our heart broken players that God said “No” yesterday, in fact He actually scored an amazing victory through John Baby’s testimony. Check Randy’s incredible report below to see yesterday’s highlights.
